Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager with strong estimating abilities to oversee and manage our construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects while also possessing the expertise to provide accurate cost estimates. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.


Senior Construction Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Senior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays or cost overruns
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  • Uphold quality standards and compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Foster strong relationships with project teams and collaborate effectively across departments


Senior Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects
  • Proven experience in estimating and cost management, including proficiency with estimating software and tools
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
