Our client is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join their growing team! There are multiple offices throughout the State of Minnesota that this position can report out of.

• LSIT base salary of $50 – 70k
• PLS base salary $80-120k

Land Surveyor responsibilities:

• Working efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines as well as balancing multiple projects to provide deliverables to internal and external clients from inception to completion.
• Performing business development, client development, and proposals.
• Management and coordination of numerous internal and external survey projects, simultaneously, and interaction with clients on a regular basis.
• Providing direct supervision, scheduling staff, and performing quality control.
• Knowledge of survey field measurement strategies

Land Surveyor requirements:

• Active Minnesota LSIT or PLS
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Survey Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive field survey experience
• Knowledge of Public Land Survey System principles, section subdivision, Platting, and easement deliverables.
