Job Cost Accountant Description:

• Use RMS & Quickbooks software to manage all phases of job costing
• Facilitate daily office operations when the General Manager isn't available
• Maintain all accounting and financial records with CPA to federal and state guidelines
• Alert the General Manager to red flags or any alarming financial trends
• Communicate with clients with empathy and consideration

Job Cost Accountant Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Solid time management and prioritization abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Passionate about learning new things and expanding your skill set
• Familiarity with accounting software and strong computer skills
