Director of Customer Relations and Logistics Responsibilities:
- Utilize data collection to manage the budget process
- Develop and analyze metrics to measure performance as well as analyze customer feedback
- Develop and implement QA/QC responsibilities with Senior Leadership Team in FO&M
- Implement and maintain a communication plan for customers
- Develop, review and update Service Level Agreements, maintenance schedules, and inventory processes,
- Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others
Director of Customer Relations and Logistics Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 15+ years of experience in customer service, resource management and data analytics
- 10+ years of facilities management and supervisory experience
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse College constituencies
- Knowledge of building construction and maintenance practices
