Qualifications:

• OSHA certification to ensure safety compliance on job sites.
• Supervisory experience and a team-player mentality to lead and collaborate effectively.
• Field trade experience in stone, marble, granite, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent mathematical and measurement abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for Project Managers, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Coordinate material transportation to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage onsite project drawings to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of field productivity and quality throughout projects.
• Accurately report field personnel hours to support project management.
• Conduct "Toolbox" meetings to promote safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
