Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building sales in the Northeast with industrial accounts and organizations like STAFDA, Orgill, Fastenal, etc. This is a remote role with 50% travel to customers and the home office.


Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a continuing relationship with new industrial customers in the territory
  • Identify and partner with independent rep groups in the region
  • Own your territory and work independently to meet sales goals
  • Build territory with the goal of adding Territory Sales Managers in the future

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Industrial/STAFDA experience
  • 5+ years of managing Independent rep groups
  • Tools or Compressor background preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
