Job Description
Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years in culinary management
- High volume experience 5+ million in food sales is a must
- Proven developer of people
- Systems and Process-oriented
- Experience with Inventory and Labor Costs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience leading BOH teams of 20 or more per shift
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in creating and maintaining an exceptionalculinary experience
- Support EC in training, mentoring, development, and management of 60-80 team members
- Support and ensure consistent execution of food and beverage recipes
- Assist the EC in hiring, training, and developing team members
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are in place
