An iconic, luxury Hotel on Martha's Vineyard is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager with hotel experience to join the team. This candidate must have a solid background in uncompromising food and service. This leader will inspire and embrace the vision of the team.

Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

• Create and execute flawless service for all outlets and events
• Oversee beverage needs on property
• Prepare for seasonal staff and business
• Train and develop the staff
• Work alongside the Director of Food and Beverage to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences

Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years as a manager in a fine dining setting
• Experience controlling all costs
• Strong wine knowledge
• Food safety
