We are looking for a talented Executive Chef who loves food, the restaurant business, and the opportunity to learn, grow, and excel. A minimum of three years of EC experience in a high volume ($,000,000 minimum) polished/upscale dining and/or fine dining is required.

Executive Chef Rewards:

• A starting salary of $75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience

Executive Chef Requirements:

• Three or more years of running the kitchen in a high-volume upscale/polished or fine-dining environment

• You must be a hands-on leader with a solid background in an upscale, scratch kitchen

• P&L management

• Ability to successfully manage a high-volume kitchen and staff
