Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• Required - 3+ years experience in a fine dining high-volume ($10M) restaurant
• Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
• Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
• Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
