Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• You have at least 3 years of high-volume, full-service Restaurant General Manager experience
• You come from casual to upscale full-service concepts
• You can handle high volume shifts!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Assures the execution of staff training programs
• Assures staffing levels and management coverage
• Leads and influences staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum productivity
• Promotes positive employee relations including effective delegation of managerial duties
• Optimize financial results (drive sales and control costs)
• Analyze financial reports and develops action plans to grow revenue and control expenses
• Provide recommendations to GM on fiscal improvements
• Manage annual budget and business plan to meet targeted financial performance
• Set department goals by period for individual areas
