Job Description
We are a favorite fine dining restaurant in need of an Executive Sous Chef with experience in a high-volume concept. This successful leader will work shoulder-to-shoulder with their team to ensure the delivery of from scratch, picture-perfect food. This individual must have strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Chef Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in high-volume upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Scratch kitchen experience to include butchering beef and seafood
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and organizational skills
- Team-focused and the ability to take ownership of the situation
