Vermont Luxury Country Inn: Seeking a passionate Event Manager to oversee our special events and weddings. Join us where elegance meets small-town charm.
Event Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Event Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of special events/weddings from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure every detail is executed to perfection
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and in-house teams to deliver exceptional service and quality
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
