Assistant Restaurant Manager's Requirements: 

  • 2+ years in a similar role as a Restaurant Supervisor in full-service dining
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • High volume
  • Detail-focused, problem-solver, and guest satisfaction driven
  • Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills 
  • Skilled in motivating and developing a team 
  • Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills 

Assistant Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day operations
  • Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
  • Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards
  • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations 
  • Ensure guests have a great experience and look forward to returning
