Business Development Associate Responsibilities:

• Create and execute action plans to achieve sales targets
• Develop business with assigned leads and accounts
• Prospect for new opportunities, developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Work as part of a team

Business Development Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Freight factoring industry experience
• Successful sales experience
• 2-3 years in the trucking, transportation, or freight factoring industry
• Bilingual or multi-lingual is a bonus!
