Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as Executive Chef with a fine dining Steakhouse Background
- Restaurant Opening experience a big plus
- Steady tenure, hands-on, highly organized, and able to develop a diverse culinary team
- Strong financial understanding of P&L, budget food and labor control practices
- Creativity and passion for culinary excellence, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
Executive Chef Duties:
- Responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, develop, and lead team in a professional manner
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Ensure high food quality and presentation
