Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Management experience in fast-paced / fast casual restaurants
• Supervise ALL restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Enforce high-quality standards and daily quality control for exceptional food
• Control food and labor costs to meet financial objectives
• Manage schedules, ordering, inventory, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and company policies
• Serve Safe certified (required)
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
