Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years working in an upscale high-end environment with a scratch kitchen
• Must have 2 years in a General Manager experience in an upscale/polished restaurant group
• Experience executing annual sales volumes of $6M or above
• Bar and Wine knowledge
