Area Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in multi-unit restaurant management for full service casual dining
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
• New Restaurant Opening experience, a plus!

Area Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple restaurant locations (8 to 12) within a designated area with $2-6M annual sales volume
• Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency across all locations.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management teams.
• Drive, monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budget adherence.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
