Executive Chef Requirements:

•  Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef in an upscale environment
• Experience leading a team in a high-volume concept with at least $5 million in annual sales
• Steady Tenure is a must
• Each candidate must be a strong BOH leader
• Hospitality and dedication to exceptional guest service are the priority
• Strong BOH systems - food cost & labor cost knowledge
• Ability to create systems and controls to achieve results. 

Executive Chef Compensation:

• Competitive Annual Salary range up to $80,000
