Job Description

We are a well-established hotel group in New England looking for a Meetings & Conference Sales Manager to join and grow with our company.


Sales Manager Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Lead, mentor, hire, train, and supervise sales team in all sales-related activities.
  • Establish and implement strategic activities and programs in conjunction with sales, marketing, revenue management, and hotel managers to generate revenue and maximize profit opportunities.
  • Actively monitor competitive positioning, core competitive set performance and mix, market trends, and demand-generating events.
  • Identify and pursue revenue opportunities from new and repeat business through individual direct selling activities, including telephone calls, property visits, market visits, networking events, and other activities as required.


Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Sales Management experience
  • Lead by example and work on the floor - no office managers here
  • Opera and Delphi experience is a strong plus
  • IHG experience is a plus
