Field HR Business Partner Requirements:

• You will develop HR and recruiting strategies.
• You will advise on planning and staffing opportunities.
• You must be proficient in Human Capital Management Systems.
• You will need a Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• You will need over 5 years experience in the restaurant industry.
• You will be remote, but will be traveling in this role 50-60% of the time.
