 Sous Chef Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice
• High energy and positive attitude
• Ability to build strong, cohesive teams and pursue excellence relentlessly 
• 3+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Control food costs by developing actionable plans
• Build top-line sales through superior execution
• Ability to coach and mentor a team to perform to company standards 
• Review P&L results and develop a plan for possible improvements.
• Uphold company standards
• Must be able to multi-task in a high-stress environment
