Sous Chef Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to build strong, cohesive teams and pursue excellence relentlessly
- 3+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Control food costs by developing actionable plans
- Build top-line sales through superior execution
- Ability to coach and mentor a team to perform to company standards
- Review P&L results and develop a plan for possible improvements.
- Uphold company standards
- Must be able to multi-task in a high-stress environment
