Director of Development and Facilities, where you will lead the design, buildout, and maintenance of company locations, including franchise sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, construction, and maintenance of new and existing company locations, including franchise sites.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize development opportunities and improve workflow.
• Manage and mentor a team, including Construction Project Managers, Development Coordinators, and Facilities Managers.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Drive successful ERP implementation and change management initiatives.
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize operational and facility services.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in facilities and construction management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to support company growth initiatives.
