Job Description
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- A servant leader who leads and lives our values supports, and empowers the team. Who demonstrates at all times integrity, and a sense of commitment in the work environment consistent with the company’s values, vision, and mission
- Restaurant Manager who thrives and understands all catering services and systems to coordinate successful catering events
- Leads by example, and understands and ensures all federal, state, and county legal standards that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements are met and followed
- A Manager who builds relationships with guests in the restaurants, at catered events, and within the community
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years in a high-volume role. Fast casual restaurant and catering experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational leadership and exceptional communication skills
- 5+ million in sales volume - 3-4 yrs, catering and takeout experience
- Open to coaching and development, values that are critical to the company and its success
