Bar Manager Expectations:

• 2 years of bar management in upscale casual concepts
• Experience cultivating and maintaining guest relations through a dynamic floor presence
• Directing and supervising all employee activities within bars, lounges, stands and other outlets where beverages are served and ensures that standards and policies for responsible alcoholic beverage service are enforced.
• Ordering inventory, inventory controls, budgeting, and cash management within each beverage location.
• Professional image & demeanor
• Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
