Director of Hotel Engineering Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives. 
• Hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, evaluation of Engineering team
• 5+ years of full service hotel experience
• Engineering/Facility Management degree preferred
• High energy, motivational leader, effective communicator and the ability to improve the bottom line
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrated problem-solving and leadership capabilities, financial acumen
