Restaurant General Manager needed for a fast-paced full-service casual environment. This experienced leadership position will be focused on guest service, driving sales, and team leadership.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of Lunch and Dinner, High-volume, Casual Restaurant and Bar
• Ensure the achievement of restaurant sales goals and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local liquor and food safety laws.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and create a culture of enthusiasm for excellent guest service.
• Ensure all employees are following best practices and company standards.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• Has the ability to coach, train, and develop a team.
• Possess strong leadership and good communication skills.
• Be able to multi-task while maintaining composure during high-volume, fast-paced service.
• Give and take direction/work well in a team environment and have a strong service focus.
